End of the year workout fun

I thought it would be fun to wrap up the year with some intervals, so I gave my athletes the following choices for tomorrow. Tag me on IG, coachkaren_trilabendurance, if you do one of them for the last day of 2025.

Swim

WU 3x 100 - swim/ buoy and paddles/ buoy

MS 4x 25 sprint/ 10sec rest

200 of your choice/ 20sec rest

repeat 5x

that will get you 20 - 25sec intervals

Bike

WU 10 mins

MS 5x 25sec intervals/ 2min easy

5min rest

repeat 4x

that will get you 20 - 25sec intervals

Run

WU for 5-10mins

MS 5x 25sec intervals fast/ 1min rest - walk or stand still

5min easy

repeat 4x

that will get you 20 - 25sec intervals
