Many of us have turned to a more active lifestyles after witnessing the impact of chronic illness and early loss in the generations before us. Their struggles taught us something profound: movement and health are gifts we shoul I am a lifelong competitive athlete who added multisport in my early 40's. I initially did it because a friend asked me to do a race and I had done some as a teenager, so I said sure. I was playing soccer at the time and I wasn't getting that much fr Love Tuesdays at the bridge. We show up, we keep each other accountable.

Her giving back is going to Sole Loved. Based on what she made I told her $10 was a good dona Monday medal and motivation! 

Be consistent, stay consistent and enjoy the pay off. 
Megan is very consistent with doing her workouts and pushing her goals and it paid off yesterday getting 3rd place at @electrolit_triwaco.
