🎯 Common muscle hahaha....I am usually all about the Monday motivation but after two days of racing -
day one - cheer squad and mount/ dismount line volunteer- (because our races cannot happen without volunteers)

The truth? You belong th
I love seeing new athletes come to me, excited to tackle their first triathlon or half marathon! It's amazing to watch them grow and stay with me for years! Together, we smash those goals, completing first races and pushing for personal bests!

Every athlete faces challenges—busy schedules, missed workouts, self-doubt, or injuries. The athletes who succeed aren't the ones with the fewest obstacles. They're the ones who look at each day as a new day and keep moving
