• Trying even when it feels awkward

• Ask questions

Every confident athlete you see once felt unsure too. Slow Is Smart - Slow is not failing.

New athletes often worry they’re “too slow.”
But speed comes after consistency. Confidence comes after patience. Strength comes after listening to your body.

Going slow doesn’t mean you&r “You’re Not Late”

Maybe you are thinking "I missed the boat", when you are seeing everyone post about the marathon and half marathon that just happened over the weekend, but that was just the start of the year. There are 4 runners crossed the finish line yesterday 🥳. Three ran the half marathon and one completed her first marathon. 
So proud of them all. After a few days off it’s back to training as two of them are prepping for IMTX 70.3 and one is go to do Ea
Medal Monday a day late. So proud of these 3. 

@lopozzan lopozzan did the Bridgeland 10 mile on Sunday, final prep for the half this weekend.  She did awesome and feels ready. 
@dlovespirit did a half in Sugarland where she took 1st place OV!!!!
