#fridayfunny #runhumor #justlaugh Imagine Showing Up to Race Day Feeling Prepared

You've put in the work. You've followed a plan designed specifically for you. You've built fitness consistently and avoided the common mistakes that leave athletes injured, exhausted, or underprepared.
The Best Training Plan Is the One You Can Actually Follow.

We all hit bumps in the road while we are training, but you have to keep going. It may not be exactly what's on your plan but consistent training over time—not perfect training— The older I get, the more I need to stretch and work on mobility, which also leads me to do research on what are the best practices. If you are like me you don't have much time, so here are the essential things athletes should know!

#fridayfunny #bikelife #acleanbikeisahappybike #laugher Comparison is stealing the joy from training -

You see their highlight reel.
You don't see the work behind it.

The athlete you should compare yourself to is YOURSELF. Your journey is your own.
Did you run a little farther?
Did you show up when you
Another common obstacle for new triathletes and runners -

Fear of embarrassment.

Fear of finishing last, fear of not knowing what to do, fear of not feeling welcome.

All of these are valid fears but let me tell you no one cares when you finish a All the cool kids know where the 5am party is. Some just start a little earlier or later 😆. It was brutal this morning but we all got our miles in. And it was so lovely to have @julainnemills back at the bridge.

#bridgerun #triathletes #communi There is still plenty of racing to be done before the end of the year - have you been thinking of signing up for your next race, or maybe you want to do your first triathlon.

This is your sign to get on it and pick a race. Once you've picked one s So many of you have a desire to do a 5k, half marathon, marathon, a triathlon yet most do not pull the trigger and actually sign up because you are over whelmed by the amount of information out there. This is where a coach comes in, that one person
